What to do in Kuala Lumpur

Kuala Lumpur is a melting pot of incredible food, cultures, glittering skylines and much more. It was our second time we visited it and we had a totally different experience from the first time we landed at Kuala Lumpur – Shopping Oasis.
Believe us, there’s more to this urban mecca than meets the eye. That’s why we decided to put this list together to help you decide what to do when visiting this cosmopolitan city.

Kuala Lumpur

1. Make the best Instagram shot of Petronas Twin Towers

Who doesn’t want to make a good picture of this amazing piece of architecture? Petronas Twin Towers is one of the iconic symbols of Kuala Lumpur and the entrance fee is pricey (around 20 euros), so instead of going up and ruin your travel budget, wander around the area. You will find great spots to get that Instagram photo you always wanted before visiting KL.

4. Make a stop at the Sultan Abdul Samad Building

The Sultan Abdul Samad Building has a style of architecture totally different from Petronas Twin towers and is also very impressive to see. It was constructed entirely of brick, features strong gothic, western and Moorish-style influences with an imposing porch, decorative arches, curved colonnades topped with gleaming copper cupolas and an imperious clock tower.
